Brisbane Best Suburbs To Live In.

Brisbane's Best Suburbs To Live In.

Brisbane is Australia’s third-largest city, having a diverse range of job options. Queensland’s capital, often called by its Indigenous name Meanjin, is known for its river life, green balance, ports, beaches, nightlife, and unique approach toward lifestyle. If you’re considering relocating to the Sunshine State in the near future, here are some secure Brisbane neighborhood options to consider. Brisbane Move will tell you all best possible options to move in.

This is a difficult question to answer because Brisbane portrays itself as a family-friendly city regardless of where you live, and several postcodes might easily claim to be the best area for families. However, when there are children involved, there are other factors to consider.

These are Best Suburbs in Brisbane To Move With Family:-

Victoria Point

Victoria Point is a family hub, with easy access to high-ranking public and private primary and secondary schools, a nearby beach, neighborhood retail spaces and major grocery chains, medical facilities, a local library, movie theater, as well as a variety of independent stores and lake-frontage – and it’s only 30 km from BNE!

Sandgate

Sandgate has a rich history as one of Brisbane’s original coastal resort communities, with exquisite buildings dating back to the late 1800s and early 1900s. The view from the shoreline is spectacular, with a 180-degree panorama stretching from Redcliffe to Brisbane’s Port, with the sand dunes of Moreton Island visible on the horizon. Kids may go for a bike ride along the foreshore, explore the mangrove paths, or visit the recently renovated aquatic facility. It’s a terrific place to grow up, with cafes, bespoke artisan experiences, a historic train station, and a plethora of public and private primary and secondary schools.

Wynnum

From one side of Moreton Bay to the other, Wynnum resembles the old bay-side suburbs to the north of the river, such as Sandgate and Brighton. The area is littered with cafes and parks that are great for picnics with the family or grabbing some fish and chips from the locals, thanks to the sleepy coastal lifestyle of old and plenty of estuaries nearby. There are three train stations, Wynnum, Wynnum Central, and Wynnum North, located 20 kilometers east of the city center, as well as a regular city bus service. The average house price is roughly $600,000, and the average rent is $475 per week.

Holland Park

It is a green suburb 9 km from Brisbane City. Holland Park is one of those forgotten suburbs that looks to be “in-between the other suburbs,” but it’s now rising to standard as a green neighborhood adjacent to University and TAFE campuses, suitable for families who work in the city’s inner areas. Everything you need for shopping, dining, and living is within 10 minutes in any direction in the shadow of Mount Gravatt.
